When is payment due?
$100 per booth is due upon acceptance. 50% is due 6 months prior to the event (8/1/17) and the final 50% is due 60 days prior to the event (12/1/17).
What comes in the booth fee?

The fee includes black pipe and drape (8′ tall back wall, 3′ tall side walls), business name sign and a wastebasket. The fee does not include tables, chairs, carpet or electrical. Wifi is free at the OPCC.

Do tables and chairs come in the booth price?

No, our fees do not come with tables and chairs. You may order those through our contracted furnishings company (order form available 60 days before the event) or may bring your own.

How will you market this event?

We will utilize our email database and social media contacts from our other event brands to push our online/social media promotion. Additionally, we will advertise through radio, magazine ads and other print options TBD. We will have over 35,000 marketing cards and posters distributed throughout the metro and at events with the demographic of attendees.
