Q: What measures are you taking to ensure it’s a COVID-19 safe event?
A: We have now hosted 2 events (Just For Her Event in July & Fall Chick Event in October) with the following safety measures: Masks mandatory for all vendors and guests, hand sanitizing stations throughout the event & spaced out booths with larger aisles. We had ZERO complaints about the safety of either event and we were congratulated by the media, vendors and guests for successfully and safely hosting an event during this time.
Q: Budgets are tight. How much do I owe now?
A: Normally, 50% of the booth fee would be due now and the final payment due 12/5. If needed, we can offer this payment plan:
25% due now
25% due 12/5
50% due 1/5
Q: What if my business closes before the event?
A: We will fully refund your booth fee if you are forced to close your business.
Q: Do I get a refund if I cancel and my business does not close?
A: We will offer full refunds, minus a $100 cancellation fee through the end of 2020. After that, we will offer 50% back for any cancellations in 2021. Unfortunately, our marketing budget and fees will be set by then and filling booths will be a struggle 30 days prior to the event.
