Vendor packets were emailed to all registered vendors on 1/6. If you register after 1/6 your packet will be emailed within 3 business days, or you may download it HERE.

Important Date Reminders:
1/17 – OP Food Sampling Permits due online (No exceptions!)
1/21 – Discounted rates from OPCC for electrical deadline
1/22 – Fern Decorating discount deadline
1/30 – Marketing Materials delivered by 12pm to OPCC for attendee bags (if participating) & VIP Swag bag item drop off by 6pm (if participating)
1/30 – Registration & set up begins at 3pm (3pm-8pm)
1/31 – Registration & set up continues at 8am (8am-1pm)

1. Event Vendor InformationRead through ASAP. Includes information about set up, tear down, rules & regulations, etc.
2. Order Electrical 
Electrical is not included in the booth fee and must be ordered online from the OPPC. The cost is $75 per standard 120 Volt Single Phase Service 500 Watt Outlet if ordered 10 days prior the event (1/21/20).  To order, go to the OPCC WEBSITE  and click on our event on the calendar. If you do not have an exhibitor account with the OPCC you’ll need to set one up to order online. You can locate your booth number on the booth assignment in the vendor packet.
3. Order Tables/Chairs/Carpet
To rent tables, chairs, carpet or other set-up items, exhibitors may order directly through our contracted company, Fern Decorating Company. Please note the deadline for discounted rates is 1/22. 4. Food/Drink Sampling Permit
Vendors providing food or beverage samples are responsible for securing any and all licenses and permits as may be necessary, and for complying with all State and Local Health Department guidelines regarding food sampling. Samples may not be larger than 2 oz.
How to Apply for Temporary Food Vendor Permit:
Vendor must first register on ePLACE. ( If you have sampled at OPCC before you will already have registered and can skip this step but you will need to know your login information. 
Once registered, you will need to Log In to ePLACE to Apply for a “Temporary Food Vendor Permit” 
2. Click the Apply menu to see all available permits. 
3. You will be applying for “Special Events: Temporary Food Vendor Permit
4. Add Location – it’s not needed you can select NEXT
5. Description: Name of your business 
6. Add Attachment: This is a required step to upload your current license/commissary
7. Event ID:SEP2019-00946
8.Follow prompts to complete application.
Your application will be sent to the health inspector for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email with an invoice for the $10 permit fee. 
You should have received an email from Gaby McClure at with all the details to apply. Please contact her if you did not receive the details. The deadline for the online permit is 1/17. The city will not allow late submissions and you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO SAMPLE without a permit.
