Vendor packets will be emailed out and available to download 30 days prior to the event.

Saturday, January 8th – 10am-6pm

Parking is FREE. The Overland Park Convention Center has 1,400 FREE parking spaces within their complex. We will not be running shuttles this year due to lack of use last year. We ask that our exhibitors park in the garage parking or towards the back of the lot, leaving prime parking for guests.


To rent tables, chairs, carpet or other set-up items, exhibitors may order directly through our contracted company, Fern Decorating Company. Ordering information will be available as the even approaches.

Food Sampling

Food Vendor Information & Food Permits – ONLINE SUBMISSION
Direct sales of prepared food and beverages for consumption on the premises is not allowed without approval from the Good Living KC Expo and OPCC. Sampling is allowed, however portions may be no greater than 2 oz. for food or beverages.

Vendors providing food or beverage samples are responsible for securing any and all licenses and permits as may be necessary, and for complying with all State and Local Health Department guidelines regarding food sampling. Deadlines will be posted closer to the event. The city will not allow late submissions and you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO SAMPLE without a permit.

Electrical Services:

Electrical is not included in the booth fee and must be ordered online from the OPPC. The cost is $75 per standard 120 Volt Single Phase Service 500 Watt Outlet if ordered 10 days prior the event.  Ordering information will be available as the event approaches.
