Have you always wanted to give yoga a try, but just didn’t know where to start? This class is a perfect place to start. The Sunlighten Yoga Class is a slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class; it’s perfect for everyone. If you’ve avoided yoga classes because you thought you might feel or look out of place, or you just aren’t sure you’d be able to follow along, this beginner class on the main stage will be perfect for you and will likely give you the confidence you need to take that first step into a yoga studio. *Yoga/sweat towel and a yoga mat is recommended, but not required
